Superb and rare 370 shape globe vase in the much sought Applique Lucerne design dating to 1930. A perfect and full image decorated to the whole of the body with the colours being bright and fresh and painted within a very unusual banding combination to the top and bottom. The vase has a hairline from the rim that travels down 2", it is under the glaze and stable so could only have happened in manufacture. A stunning vase that measures 6" in height and is 20" around it's fattest point and on one of the most desirable shapes. Fully signed to base.
