One of the best Windmill plates seen to date in terms of image. A superb example that shows a full version of the pattern with typical Applique banding to the border. The plate has been restored very well to the front and is not visible but to the back there are 2 areas where the restoration glaze has lifted. This plate was sold in the famous Barry Jones sale at Christies south kensington feb 2000 where it made £1725. It is fully signed to the reverse.
