A superbly decorated complete sandwich set in Orange Melon, an early example that dates to 1929. This is an otiginal (not put together set) and is how Melon sets should be with each plate showing a different aspect of the pattern. The colours are bold and strong and apart from one small chip to the back of one sideplate (see images) i can GUARANTEE no damage or restoration. All pieces carry identical Fantasque marks to the reverse and are date coded for 1929.
