A unique to date coffee set in diamonds, this is an early example where the sets had conical pots, milk and sugars but had tankard shaped cans, i first saw this set many years ago in a small black and white photo in a 1970s sothebys belgavia catalogue and have hoped it would turn up ever since, i am pleased to now have the chance to sell such a special set. The pattern dates to early 1930 and has always been sought after abstract design, two of the cans have old restoration and the saucers are not a true match although the set is as it left the factory. There is no other damage or restoration. All pieces carry printed bizarre marks to the bases.
