Possibly the best Claremont vase i have owned and certainly one of the best i've ever seen. A magnificent vase with wonderful decoration all around the body. An almost celadon green ground with very crisp and perfect decoration, this was a vase that was deliberately and very carefully and elaborately decorated as it was an export piece made for Spaulding and co of Chicago (see base markings). The vase measures 8" in height, is 7.5" wide and is 22" around it's fattest part. GUARANTEED free from damage or restoration and fully signed to the base. This vase will date to somewhere around 1908 to 1912.
