Simply clarice is on us this week (24th) tickets are sold out for the full lecture program but there are plenty of day tickets available, where else can you go and mix with a room full of fellow collectors and enthusiasts. Am looking forward to it, loads of great stock so hopefully a busy day selling!

Thank god september is here and can get back to normal! Have a busy month ahead hopefully, lot's of great new stock here or in the pipeline, 2 fairs coming up shortly. 16th/17th and 18th is the shepton mallet fair in the west country and then on the 24th september in first simply clarice event ( see www.simplyclarice.com ) this should be great fun and i have some fantastic pieces put away for this event.

I will be standing and selling at the simply clarice event on the 24th september and will be trying to source some interesting and rare pieces for this event such as the unique to date and amazingly decorated '185' shape in the centre of this picture.  See www.simplyclarice.com for details.

Was very pleased at the end of the day with last weeks NEC show, around 17,000 people through the door over the 4 days and sales were ok with most dealers who carry good stock having a good fair, confidence is definately returning to the market.

Next week 21st-24th july is that NEC time again, the antiques for everyone fair at the National exhibition centre in birmingham is the best fair of its type certainly in europe, a great fair for collectors. The show runs 4 days and is full of top dealers in their fields, it makes for a great day out and i can supply free tickets and parking for this event. I have some great new pieces of stock and as usual am looking forward to the week.

A big thanks to all those that turned up last weekend, although the fair itself was small and quiet i was very busy and sold well to people i know and also to people i've not met before although have sold to. I like the idea of travelling to new areas and meeting old and new customers and enjoy the chatting. I will return and will be doing at least one fair a year in this part of the world and 2 if i can find a siutable venue. It's off to bingley hall stafford this weekend and hope…

Picked up some fantastic new stock today, summerhouse conical tea for six! Fantastic gibraltar globe vase, Sliced circle lotus, Red summerhouse eton teapot, cubist isis, Large ginger jars in mondrian and orange and blue squares, sunray conical teaset and a latona bouquet 342 vase and a blue lucerne lotus jug. i will be taking these fresh to the market pieces to harrogate this weekend.
