This truly is a rare piece! I have never seen Caprice other than this example with this added flaming around the bottom, have seen it on a few other pieces but not this design. Technically difficult to make and the reason why these things are so rare.  A beautiful large bowl that shows a full version of the pattern in crisp colours. GUARANTEED to be free from damage or restoration bar an underglaze spider mark under the base from firing. It measures 9.5" by 4" and is fully signed to the base.
