A rare and superbly decorated 264 shaped vase in 'Luxor' , this pyramid inspired abstract landscape along with sunray were clarice's first semi landscape designs produced in late 1929 with luxor being the rare of the two. A full version of the pattern with thick heavy brushstrokes and good colours to the banding top and bottom. There has been a small touch in to one paintflake on the footrim otherwise the vase is in superb and very clean condition. Signed to the base and measures 6" in height.
