An extremely rare and bold abstract design on one of the best vases shapes. This is a superb version of this abstract Persian or Izik design that works fantastically on the shape. The image repeats and is a perfect version of the pattern with fabulous banding. I only know of 3 other vases to have shown up in the last 29 years, a globe, an isis and a shape 8 vase and that's it. The vasae does have some slight crazing but i can GUARANTEE to be free from damage or restoration. Measures 8" in height and is fully signed to the base.
