A rare and striking version of Broth on a 10" diameter plate. This is the most sought after colourway of this design with this being a superb example with the best banding combination too. GUARANTEED to be free from damage or restoration it is fully marked to the reverse and also carries a retailers label for R Havens which was one of the most important retailers of Clarice and were famous for their window displays of Bizarre ware in the 30s. They were in Westcliff near Southed-on-sea.
