A really amazing 12" meiping vase decorated top to bottom in Sliced circle, easily one of the best pieces of this pattern to ever come onto the market, discovered on the BBC antiques roadshow in Brighton. Stunning abstract decoration that is very similar to paintings by sonia delaunay and could well be where clarice drew her inspiartion for this design. GUARANTEED free from damage or restoration it also carries a retailers label for Havens. Early bizaare rubber stamp mark to base and will date to 1929..
