As good and as well painted a Windbells sifter as you'll ever see. A really strong image in bold colours with shallow banding to the base that really shows the pattern well. The sifter carries a full version of the pattern and i can GUARANTEE to be free from damage or restoration. It measures5.3" or 13cm in height and is fully signed to the base.
