A very rare and beautifully decorated small 2 handled chalice or kantheros in a yellow poppy on a celadon ground. There is silver overlay to the handles and rims and would possibly be have made for shreve and co around 1905. CONDITION - there has been a 1" hairline restored to the ceramic which is not at all visible to the eye otherwise is in excellent condition. It measures 6" by 4.5" by 4" and is fully signed to the base.
