This is the only time this shape has turned up, a unique vase decorated in one of the most sought after designs. Lugano is a fantastic applique design and shows perfectly on this vase that must have been a sample, perfectly decorated with rich colours it measures 6" in height and is signed 'applique' to the base in the hand of John butler who was art director at the factory. GUARANTEED no restoration or damage this vase is shown on page 136 of 'The best of clarice cliff' By Leonard griffin and sevi guatelli.
