A lovely 'bonjour' shaped tea for two or morning set in Aurea, dates to roughly 1934 and is a really nicely painted example. Very clean paintwork, no wear or no oxidising to blue. The lid has a chip repaired to one corner and the teaplate has a fracture on the edge at the back otherwise a very nice set. All pieces are marked to base with some having a large 'S' over the mark, this tells us that this set was a sample piece which explains why its so nicely painted.
