WOW! what a find these are, an amazing pair of 405 shape bookends decorated in the number one design May Avenue. These are superbly decorated with a complete version of the pattern and clearly are a pair. They are unique to date and are the first i have ever seen in this pattern. CONDITION - One had a fine glaze line to the honeyglaze back and the other had a small underglaze nick to the back corner. I have had these invisibly restored. These are very special and you won't find better. They each measure 6.25" in height and are 3.5" deep. both are fully signed to the base.
