An octagonal sideplate from a very early sandwich set carrying a date code for 'December 1927'. It is a very bold example and a great version of these early first period patterns. GUARANTEED to be free from damage or restoration, it measures 5.75" in diameter and carries 'Newport Pottery' marks only to the reverse.
