An extremely rare conical tea for two teapot in blue lugano dating to 1930. Even rarer is the fact that the lid is also decorated in the pattern as opposed to banding. A beautiful example with a full version of the pattern in bold colours. CONDITION the lid had a hairline invisibly restored and the spout is also restored. These do not detract from this teapot. It measures 4.5" in height and 7.4" wide. Please note this is the first and earliest version of this design that shows a yellow bridge to the reverse and has the clear, orange and black banding.
I constantly need new stock and I usually pay far more than you would achieve at auction for top end pieces as I have an extensive client list to sell to.
