A very rare large size Dover shape jardinere in the sought after Butterfly design dating to 1929/30. The design took it's inspiration from a Pochoir design by Edouard Benedictus. Beautifully decorated with various butterflies in different colours it makes for a very eye catching piece! There is a tiny bit of wear to the unner brown band otherwise i can GUARANTEE no damage and no restoration. It measures an impressive 7.5" in height and is 8.5" wide. It is fully signed to the base.
