An ultra rare 119 shape vase decorated in Carpet. A rare and sought after abstract design that is painted amazingly to the shape. I have seen around 6 of these vases but this is the best of them. A full repeating version of the pattern with really good banding. Condition - There is no restoration but there is an underglaze flake to the footrim which occurred in manufacture and is under the glaze and paint, see last image and a small flaw to the top. These do not detract and are factory blemishes. A superb vase that measures 9.5" in height and is fully signed to the base.
