A rare and superbly decorated Globe shape teapot in Forest glen dating to 1936. This actual teapot is pictured on page 37 of the very first Clarice Cliff book by Peter and Kay Wentworth Shields in 1976. A super example with a full version of the pattern in bold colours. GUARANTEED to be free from damage or restoration it measures 5" in height and is 8.5" wide from spout to handle. Printed marks to base.
