The rarest and most desirable colourway of Melon shown on a Globe shaped cup and saucer. This pattern is known from less than a dozen examples and half of those are plates. It rarely turns up on anything else. Boldly decorated in a full repeating version of the pattern with it's correct saucer and i can GUARANTEE both piece to be free from damage or restoration. The cup is 2.25" tall and the saucer 5.5" wide. Both carry identical backstamps to the base.
