A superbly decorated and very bold 279 shape vase in the highly sought after May avenue design. In terms of colour this example is as strong a piece as i have seen. Very heavily decorated with the large tree plus six spade trees and six cottages. Condition - There has been restoration to a line from the rim down about 4" , this does not detract from what is a rare and beautiful vase. Measures 8" in height and dates to 1933.
