A shape that has turned up no more than maybe 4 times to my knowledge and from a range that seems to produce one of a kind vases. Fantasy in bizarre is a range from 1929 that always seem to be experimental pieces and patterns you only ever see once, i have seen maybe 10 pieces from this range and every one is a one of a kind piece and nothing like any other. This example shows a simple abstract type design on a typical honeyglaze ground. There is no damage but the blue panels have some overpainting which does not at all detract and to be honest you wouldn't know. A truly unique piece that measures 6.2" in height, is 7" wide and is 20" round it's fattest part. Bizarre marks to base plus hand written 'Fantasy in Bizarre'.
I constantly need new stock and I usually pay far more than you would achieve at auction for top end pieces as I have an extensive client list to sell to.
