A rare and very nicely decorated sugar sifter in Red Tulip. This is a particulary nice example with the green banding really working well. A full version of the pattern is decorated around the body. Condition - There has been a chip restored to footrim otherwise is a really good clean sifter. Measures 5.5" in height and is fully signed to the base.
