This is easily one of the best painted pieces of summerhouse i have ever seen and clearly one of the best vases in this pattern to ever turn up. Fantastic decoration which shows a fabulous double image which is really heavily applied and a very early example. This will date to late 1930 early 1931 and is complimented with this amazing banding combination which i have never seen before. Red and yellow sunspots pattern banding to the top and then orange and red to the base. An amazing vase that i can GUARANTEE to be free from damage or restoration. It measures 8" in height and is fully signed to the base.
