A large and beautifully decorated and fired Pilkingtons vase that dates to 1923. The decoration is perfectly fired and even in colour around the entire large body. There are 3 small firing splits at the edge of the base where it joins the foot rim which appear to have definitely occurred in the original firing. This vase measures 23.5cm in height, is 25cm wide and 75cm around the fattest part of its body. Other than the small firing splits, I can GUARANTEE no damage or restoration. It is fully signed and initialled to the base.
