An extremely rare piece, this 33cm wall hanging plaque is part of a series specially commisioned by Threlfalls brewery of warrington and salford around 1931/32, possibly for a gift or the boardroom? Either way all are different and unique and are superbly decorated. All are hand signed to the front and carry various marks to the rear ( see images ) these plaques are a unique piece of history. This one has some damage near one of the hanging holes on the reverse but is an amazing and unique example.
