Marigold is a very rare and sought after design, to find on a vase is exceptionally rare. The pattern dates to 1930 and was produced in limited quantities and would not have been easy to make. Because of the different glazes it went through several firing processes to get this unique to clarice finish and remains highly desirable. This 451 shaped vase measures 8" in height and has a hairline totally invisibly restored, one of the best restorations i've ever seen! A rare opprtunity to purchase something that seldom comes onto the market, incidently most of the pieces i have ever owned have come from abroad showing that this may well have been predominantly an export pattern.
I constantly need new stock and I usually pay far more than you would achieve at auction for top end pieces as I have an extensive client list to sell to.
