A really fabulous and extremely rare stamford shape teapot, milk and sugar in the 1932 design ''Red roofs'' i only know of one other stamford set to turn up in the pattern. Painted by the best decorator for this pattern it shows the desin perfectly on the shape. Condition - One minor and invisible repair to sugar, one small chip under the lid and a minute nick on the foot of the milk jug. A rare and impressive set, fantasque marks to base.
