William Moorcroft RARE CELADON GROUND BLUE SPANISH POMMANDER C.1912

Image Zoom (8)

An extremely rare and seldom seen colourway of Spanish, blue on a Celadon ground that will date to 1912. This colourway hardly ever turns up and when does it is nearly always on really rare shapes, in fact i have not had this shape nor seen it before. A beautiful, crisp and perfectly decorated example that displays the pattern superbly. There has been restoration to the threads otherwise is in superb condition. It measures 3.5" in height and is fully signed to the base.
