An incredibly rare and sought after box and cover in an early version of pomegranate made for liberty & co of london around 1912. These boxes are very rare and this is the first one i've seen in this design in many years. Beautiful colours and a repeating varying version of the pattern around the body. The condition is superb, the lid has some very tiny hardly noticeable frits to the edge underneath but is essentially free from damage and GUARANTEED no restoration. Measures 6.5" tall is 7" wide and is fully signed to the base and carries printed liberty & co marks too.
